Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gym Connect ("the Service"), provided by Gym Connect Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Gym Connect provides AI-powered member outreach and engagement tools for gyms and fitness studios, including campaign management, automated messaging, and reporting. The Service is designed to help gym owners win back lapsed members and grow recurring revenue.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree to use Gym Connect responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and the messaging policies of the channels you use. You must not:

Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or misleading messages; exceed reasonable usage limits that could harm recipients or other users; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the Service; or upload member data you do not have lawful authorization to use.

Gym Connect is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the member data you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

All software, designs, and content that make up the Service are owned by Gym Connect Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, member responses, or revenue results from your campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Connect Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
